Stand straight with feet together. Join palms in prayer position at chest. Breathe normally.
Inhale and stretch arms upward, arching back slightly while pushing pelvis forward.
Exhale and bend forward from waist, keeping spine straight. Touch hands to floor beside feet.
Inhale and stretch right leg back, keeping left foot between hands. Look upward.
Hold breath and bring left leg back to align with right leg. Keep body straight.
Exhale and lower knees, chest and chin to floor. Keep hips slightly raised.
Inhale and slide forward, raising chest into cobra pose. Keep legs together.
Exhale and lift hips, forming an inverted 'V'. Keep heels on ground.
Inhale and bring right foot forward between hands. Left knee touches floor.
Exhale and bring left foot forward. Bend forward with hands beside feet.
